Ground Fighting
The majority of all fights will end up in grappling and ground fighting.
If you don't have any ground or grappling skills you are in trouble.
Your opponent is going to grab you, tackle you or run at you.
Now what do you do?
Watch a MMA fight.
Most of the athletes have been trained in Tae Kwon Do/Karate(for kicking), Wrestling/Judo/jujitsu (ground skills)and boxing/kung fu(for hand skills).
Hence the name Mixed Martial Arts.
